Day 1: Kick off with quads along remote beaches and a sunset surfcasting session. Settle in at the hut, cook dinner together, and share your first yarns by the fire — the adventure has officially begun.
Day 2: Rise early for a heli drop deep into the mountains. Spend the day learning hunting basics, navigation, and classic outdoor skills. Build a fire, settle into a wilderness hut, and take in the epic alpine views.
Day 3: Get the packrafts ready and drift down alpine rivers through the Mt Aspiring National Park. Explore hidden corners, challenge yourselves in the wild landscape, and follow the river all the way to the coast. Evening stories and fireside laughs wrap up the day.

Day 1: Roll into Haast and meet your crew. Gear up and heli into a remote wilderness hut deep in the bush. Settle in, explore the surrounds, spark the first fire, and ease into wild mode.
Day 2: Lace up and hit hidden trails. Track deer, fish pristine rivers, and soak up the silence. Cook your catch over the fire and yarn under a sky full of stars.
Day 3: Morning trek and fly-fishing for trout, afternoon exploring deeper into secret corners. Push a little further and wrap the day with a solid feed and good banter.
Day 4: Go further into the backcountry. Longer hikes, new country, time to hunt, fish, or just sit and take it all in. Fire roaring, bellies full by night.
Day 5: Change the pace. Follow rivers, explore valleys, sharpen skills, and enjoy the quiet moments. Another hearty fire-cooked feast to finish.
Day 6: Final full day in the wild. One last mission, soak up the views, make it count. Celebrate the week with a proper send-off around the flames.
Day 7: Pack down and jetboat back to Haast — tired, stoked, and loaded with stories you’ll be telling for years.

Day 2: Board a diving and fishing charter out of legendary Jackson Bay. Reel in big fish, dive for cray, and soak in the raw coastal scenery. Cook your catch back at the hut and yarn late into the night.
Day 3: Packraft wild rivers, explore secret beaches, or chase seasonal runs — whitebait, bluefin tuna, or fresh cray. Beach fire and stars to finish.
Day 4 – Day 6: Fishing in the fjords of Fiordland. Cruise deep into remote sounds, drop lines into rich southern waters, jig for blue cod, chase salmon, and explore towering cliffs and hidden coves. Evenings anchored in sheltered bays, cooking the day’s catch.
Day 7: Return north and reset on the coast. Light missions, more surfcasting, or a relaxed dive for cray as the sun drops low.
Day 8: Head back offshore from Jackson Bay. Target bigger species, test your luck, and make the most of these wild waters. Feast well that night.
Day 9: One last adventure day — packraft, fish, dive, or roam the beaches. Soak it all in and send it properly with a final fire on the sand.
Day 10: Wrap up and roll out of Haast, tired, salty, and loaded with stories (and maybe a chilly bin of seafood) to last a lifetime.
